Blake Richardson is a senior professional with over 15 years of experience in education, academics, and human resources. His background as a Senior Academician and management consultant uniquely positions him to offer a blend of educational expertise and corporate human resources services, including leadership, executive and career coaching as well as content design for a range of purposes.
Blake's core competencies include staff development, recruitment and the use of high performing team principles to enhance organisational performance. His work as a Sustainability Lead and Homeroom Teacher at the Canadian International School in Singapore demonstrates his ability to coordinate strategic initiatives, and lead committees to promote growth and development. He has a proven flair for teaching and learning, and has developed and implemented curriculum-based sustainability concepts, showing a talent for integrating complex ideas into practical and usable applications.
In his role as a Senior Consultant at RMC Ltd, Blake provides a plethora of human resources and recruitment services, as well as employment relations advice. He is experienced in developing curriculum and educational resources, and along with his 1-1 coaching skills and deep understanding of positive workplace culture, is the versatile professional to enhance organisational health and employee performance.
Education Manager & Consultant
Gaylene's experience with RMC has been primarily in education, developing and delivering programmes to school groups as well as the corporate and non-profit market. Her experience includes being the contracted Education Manager for large organisations of cultural and historical significance. She has provided numerous human resources services and solutions for iwi-based and other organisations.
She has also undertaken a range of bi-cultural and leadership training nationwide, including Treaty and diversity training.
